November 2016 - Sorensen-Mullen Properties LLC purchased the 124,000 square foot distribution warehouse at 603 Landstreet Road, Orlando from Susqehanna Holdings, Inc. for $5,850,000.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the purchaser.  David Murphy and Monica Wonus with CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Magic Design Corporation purchased the 65,000 square foot manufacturing warehouse at 1330 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando from Industrial Park 1330 LLC, c/o Webb International, Inc. for $2,175,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented both Webb and Magic Design Corporation in the transaction.

Supersonic Logistics, Inc. leased 27,800 square feet of warehouse space for five years at 5051 LB McLeod Road, Orlando from McLeod Properties, Inc..  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented Supersonic.  Don Ammerman with Com Tech Properties represented the landlord.

 

August 2016 - 5C Holdings LLC purchased the 122,700 square foot warehouse at 11220 Space Blvd in Regency Industrial Park, Orlando from Charles Frazee for $4,000,000.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller.  Matt Bates with Homevest Realty represented the buyer.

Aero Clavel, Inc. leased the 18,640 square foot warehouse on 11 acres for ten years at 4001 Forsyth Road, Winter Park from Forsyth Commerce Center LLC.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented both the buyer and the seller.

Novolux, Inc. leased 12,000 square feet of warehouse space for three years at 11491 Rocket Blvd. in Regency Industrial Park, Orlando from Leydi Nunez.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented both the landlord and the tenant.

 

July 2016 - RAM Properties purchased the 6.49 acre industrially-zoned parcel at 125 Wetherbee Road, Orlando from Kissimmee B Trucking for $1,590,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented the buyer.  Ben LaFreniere with Quest Company and Ricardo Torres with Main Key Realty represented the seller.

 

June 2016 - Custom Tailgate leased the 11,930 square foot warehouse at 1750 S. Ronald Reagan Blvd. From Silk For Less, Inc. for 37 months.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented Silk For Less.  Jared Bonshire and David Perez with Cushman & Wakefield represented Custom Tailgate.

 

April 2016 - Hanover Platinum, LLC purchased Shader Industrial Park, a four warehouse building complex totaling 300,000 square feet from Orlando Shader Realty Associates, Ltd. for $10.7 million.  Located in the Silver Star Industrial Area of Orlando, the project is 90% leased by multiple tenants.  Shader Industrial Park was developed in 1968 to 1970 and this is the first time the project has traded since 1983.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller.  Wilson McDowell, Matt Sullivan and Bobby Isola of Cite Partners represented the buyer.

 

March 2016 - Del Valle Realty Investments LLC purchased the 17,500 square foot warehouse at 1100 Astronaut Blvd. in Regency Industrial Park, Orlando from South Miller Street LLC for $1,290,000.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller in the transaction.

 

January 2016 - BP Realty Holdings LLC purchased a 5.0 acre industrially zoned land parcel including a 5,000 square foot warehouse at 419 Landstreet Road, Orlando from O.I.T. Inc. for $1.5 million.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the buyer.  Lee Zerivitz with City Commercial represented the seller.

Connie C. Carpenter and Florida Cracker Investments Partnership sold their 1315 acre cattle ranch in Alachua and Putnam Counties, Florida to RGS Realty LLC for $4,850,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties referred the ranch listing to Daryl Carter and John Evans with Maury L. Carter and Associates.

 

December 2015 - Ram Asset Holdings LLC purchased the 14,000 square foot warehouse on 2.5 acres of land at 4949 N. Orange Blossom Trail from TKLCC LLC for $1,150,000.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the buyer.  Chuck McNulty with The McNulty Group represented the seller.

Waste Pro of Central Florida, LLC purchased the 30,000 square foot warehouse on 4.5 acres of land at 1400 S. Orange Blossom Trail from Kosmo Land Trust, LLC for $1,350,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger represented the seller.  David Winters with Florida Property Investments Assets, LLC represented the buyer.

Eastern Sleep leased 70,000 square feet to CHEP USA for 5 months at 5000 Mercantile Lane, Kissimmee.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented Eastern Sleep.  Greg Lance with Cushman & Wakefield represented CHEP.

 

November 2015 - K & J Consulting LLC purchased two warehouses totaling 15,080 square feet on 2.04 acres at 1027 W. Lancaster Road, Orlando from Paul A. Skinner Jr. and Paul A. Skinner III for $950,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented the sellers.  Chuck McNulty with The McNulty Group represented the buyers.

Donald and Kim Horsburgh sold their 605.03 acre cattle ranch in Alachua County, Florida to North Celadonia Farm LLC for $1,890,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties referred the ranch listing to Daryl Carter and John Evans with Maury L. Carter and Associates.

 

October 2015 - Center Loop LLC purchased the 62,530 square foot warehouse at 3851 Center Loop in Center of Commerce, Orlando from Redd Properties LLC  for $2.9 million.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the buyer and seller.  The warehouse was sold 100% leased as an investment property.

 

September 2015 - Sunbelt Lawn and Tractor, Inc. 30,000 square foot industrial building at 4031 N. Forsyth Road, Winter Park from Tropicana Trust LLC for $1,275,000.  Cory Kroger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller.  Drew Saphos with NAI Realvest and Chuck McNulty with NcNulty Real Estate represented the buyer.

 

August 2015 - ABC Supply Company expanded its warehouse lease at 110 Atlantic Annex, Maitland by 11,500 square feet to a total of 43,000 square feet.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented ABC. Bill Parker with Colliers International represented the landlord, South Seminole Investments.

Olive Holdings LLC purchased the two warehouse buildings at 800 W. Landstreet Road totaling 37,777 square feet from Sheropa LLC for $1,850,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented the seller. Chuck McNulty with McNulty Group, Inc. represented the buyer.

Supply Network, Inc. renewed its 30,000 square foot lease at 503 Ocoee Business Parkway.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented Supply Network.  Bo Bradford with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, 547 Ocoee Business Parkway Trust.

Forsyth Commerce Center LLC purchased 24 acres of industrial land at 4001 N. Forsyth Road, Winter Park from Accord Industries LLC.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the buyer.  Drew Saphos and Paul Partyka with NAI RealVest represented the seller.

Surface King, Inc. leased 7,500 square feet of warehouse space for three years at 1060 Central Florida Parkway in Regency Industrial Park from Charles Frazee.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties were the only brokers in the transaction.

 

May 2015 - South Miller Street LLC purchased the 19,000 square foot warehouse at 11100 Astronaut Blvd., Orlando from Astronaut LLC for $900,000.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman were the only brokers in the transaction.

B & D Fence Company leased the 10,000 square foot warehouse at 1100 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando from B & R Properties.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman represented the landlord.  Jessica Zou with Caldwell Banker Solomon represented the tenant.

 

March 2015 - Kelly Tractor Company purchased the 6.9 acre industrial parcel with two small warehouse buildings at 144 W. Landstreet Road from ComCar Industries for $1,585,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented Kelly Tractor. Mark Cooney with The Land Sharks represented ComCar Industries.

Simultaneously, ComCar  Industries purchased the 3.9 acre industrial parcel with a warehouse and an office building at 9100 Sidney Hayes Road from Lykes Cartage, Inc. for $767,000 Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties and Mark Cooney with The Land Sharks represented ComCar Industries.  Rich Davis with Cushman & Wakefield represented Lykes Cartage, Inc.

 

February 2015 - Palmdale Oil purchased the petroleum depot and 10,000 square foot warehouse at 500 E. Pine Street, Orlando from 500 Pine Street LLP for $550,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties and Roger Rebman with Rebman Properties represented the seller. 

Trekker Distribution leased 150,000 square feet of outside storage and 10,000 warehouse at 707 Taft Vineland Road, Orlando from Dennis Hanson for five years.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented Trekker Distribution. 

Bus Properties, LLC purchased three parcels totaling 6.5 acres of industrial land at 10802, 10808, and 10814 Boggy Creek Road, Orlando from the Bratcher Family for $1.2 million.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the buyer.  Chris Elder with Florida Land and Homes represented the seller. 

  

December 2014 - Sonntec Electronics Recycling has leased the 25,720 square foot rail-served warehouse at 215 Hazen Road, Deland for three years.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented the landlords, John M.Ruzicka and Johnathan Davies.

Pat's Pumps and Blower purchased the 20,000 square foot warehouse at 2141 Church Street, Orlando for $800,000. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller, Castle North Properties Ltd.

 

October 2014 - Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, d/b/a Lynx, signed a five-year lease of the 26,080 square foot warehouse on 11.28 acres at 4950 LB Mcleod Road in 33rd Street Industrial Park, Orlando. Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties and Chuck Mitchell with First Capital Corp. represented Lynx.  Don Mitchell represented the landlord, JPG Orlando, LLC.

 

September 2014 - MI, LLC purchased the 40,000 square foot warehouse at 10101 General Drive in Regency Industrial Park from Josan Holdings, LLC for $1,820,000.  Chuck McNulty with McNulty Group, Inc. and Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller.  Paul Straubinger with Straubcos Commercial represented the buyer. 

Josan Holdings LLC purchased the 96,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouse at 3438 Maggie Blvd. in 33rd Street Industrial Park from Fein Commercial Properties LLP for $4,250,000.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller.  Chuck McNulty with McNulty Group Inc. represented the buyer.

 

August 2014 - Astro Industrial LLC purchased the 4.6 acre vacant industrial parcel zoned I-4 at Boyce & 6th Street, Orlando from Harold E McDaniel for $550,000.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented the seller and were the only brokers in the transaction.

Sunbelt Rentals has leased 20,000 square feet of warehouse space at 9101 Parkers Landing in south Orlando for five years.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the landlord, Parkers Landing LLC. Rich Davis with Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant.

Trustar Energy LLC purchased the 2.0-acre parcel at the intersection of Exchange Drive and Chancellor Drive in Orlando Central Park from International Florida Investment for $515,000.  Trustar plans to build a natural gas conversion plant on the site.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties were the only brokers in the transaction.

 

June 2014 - Premier Trailer Leasing leased 7.3 acres of industrially zoned land and 13,000 square feet of warehouse at 250 W. Landstreet Road, Orlando for five years.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties were the only brokers in the transaction.  The landlord is Ease Properties, LLC.

Daniels Smart Sharp leased 25,000 square feet of warehouse space at 10705 Rocket Court in Regency Industrial Park, Orlando for five years.  Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties were the only brokers in the transaction.  The landlord is Resch Family Investments, Ltd.

Esterline Commercial Landscape Company leased 4.25 acres of industrially zoned land and the 7,000 square foot warehouse at 731 Duncan Avenue, Kissimmee for five years.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties were the only brokers in the transaction.  The landlord is Ease Properties, LLC.

Gold Performing Arts Studio leased 7,800 square feet of showroom space at 4241 LB McLeod Road in 33rd Street Industrial Park, Orlando for five years.  Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties were the only brokers in the transaction.  The landlord is Florida International Trust.

 

April 2014 - GG&B Investments purchased the 15,200 square foot fully air-conditioned warehouse and office building at 1235 Tradeport Drive,Orlando for $1.3 million. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the seller, Wilmers Investment Trust. Chuck McNulty with McNulty Real Estate Group represented the buyer.

Astronaut LLC purchased the 20,000 square foot warehouse at 11100 Astronaut Blvd in Regency Industrial Park, Orlando for $705,000. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the buyer. The Stillwater Group represented the seller, Griffin Development Group.

Stonemax, Inc. leased 9,000 square feet at 11495 Rocket Blvd.in Regency Industrial Park, Orlando for three years. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the tenant and the landlord, Parkway 2000 Trust.

Manuel Gomez leased the 6,750 square foot warehouse at 2650 Pemberton Drive, Apopka for three years from Fred Kaufmann. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the landlord. Steve MacGeorge with Commercial Equity Partners represented the tenant.

 

February 2014 - J. R. Fabrication, a specialty theme park construction and fabrication company, purchased the 28,650 square foot warehouse at 10890 General Drive in Regency Industrial Park, Orlando. The property was purchased for $925,000 from United Grafix, Inc. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented J. R. Fabrication and United Grafix in the transaction.

Design Shop, an Orlando-based exhibit, event and display services firm, has leased the 7,800 square foot warehouse space for three years at 3470 Maggie Blvd. in 33rd Street Industrial Park. Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger with KR Properties represented the landlord, Fein Industrial Properties.

Mailtropolis has leased 5,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at 10219 General Drive in Regency Industrial Park. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman with KR Properties represented the landlord, IFI Trust. Lee Zerivitz with The Bywater Company represented Mailtropolis.

Griffiths Development purchased 10.8 acres of industrial land located in Bent Oak Industrial Park of Orlando for $1.9 million. Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman of KR Properties represented the buyer who plans to build up to 150,000 square feet of warehousing/manufacturing space. Matt Sullivan, Wilson McDowell and Bobby Isola of Colliers International represented the seller, JCL Development.

Blade Runners Commercial Landscaping leased the 62,350 square foot warehouse at 3851 Center Loop in Center of Commerce, Orlando for seven years. Greg Rebman and Cory Kroeger of KR Properties represented the landlord, Redd Properties LLC. David Perez, Lee Morris and Jared Bonshire with Cushman & Wakefield represented Blade Runners.

Matt Bates with HomeVest, Inc. represented the tenant, a third-party logistics provider.

Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman represented Charles Frazee in a lease of 40,000 square feet in Regency Industrial Park to Sonoco Corp. Chip Watson and Avison Young of Real Estate Professionals represented Sonoco.

Cory Kroeger and Greg Rebman represented the tenant, Supersonic of Florida, as well as the landlord, AirVan, Inc., in a 14,000 square foot lease of a truck terminal in Regency Industrial Park.

The sale price was $1,100,000. KR Properties represented the buyer in the transaction.

Apopka Warehouse Leases.  Sonic Southern Solutions has leased a 4,200sf warehouse located at 2401 Clark St. in Apopka.
